The reports from The Financial Express claimed that the 1000Gb of extra data is been given only to the customers of Delhi-NCR who opted for Airtel Broadband services on or after May 16. Well, there are four plans eligible for availing the 1000GB Bonus data- Rs 1099, Rs 1299, Rs 1499, Rs 1799. There is another plan of Rs 899, where users will get 750GB Data for a year. Well, the Rs 1,099 plan offers up to 40Mbps speed and 90GB of data. The Rs 1,299 plan offers 100Mbps speed and 125GB Data. The Rs 1,499 and Rs 1,799 plan offers 100Mbps speed and 160GB/220GB data. Well, this move is taken just to counter the launch of JioFibre Broadband service in major cities. Airtel recently announces V-Fiber services which promised to deliver the speed up to 100Mbps on regular broadband lines. Any existing Airtel broadband users will not have to pay any additional charges on their monthly rental plans for using this service. So, what do you think about this?
