Every once in a while, FIFA surprises us by requiring only one build for a specialty card. Earlier this week a Bundesliga Rulebreaker card, David Raum, was available for only one build. This time around, we have QPR’s Chris Willock. And while an attacking midfielder from the English Championship may not seem all that appealing on the surface, don’t discount the power of an England-based player in FIFA. Not to mention, with his Rulebreaker adjustment, Willock can shoot like a striker and pass like the most creative of midfielders. Throw in the pace of a winger and you’ve got a pretty fun card. The fact that this build only requires an 83-rated squad is what makes us wholeheartedly recommend doing it. Obviously, if you do not have a low-rated TOTW card stashed in your club, you’re going to have to pay at least 10,000 coins to nab one. That said, you won’t have to break the bank on the rest of your squad. And depending on which English players you have laying around, you may be able to check off two boxes fairly quickly. Our solution follows below, with the warning that the transfer market is constantly fluctuating. So as always, be mindful of that.

Vlachodimos is that guy, as it turns out. Outside of that, you’ll be able to fill your squad with 83-rated players and as you can see above, even get away with the occasional 82-rated player.
